There is a particular discipline to designing a small space with the same intent as a large one. Pagani Automobili faced that discipline directly when it translated its automotive language into architecture for the first time. The brand chose not to simplify that language for DaVinci Tower’s smallest residence. As a result, the one bedroom carries the same stainless steel, carbon fibre and marble vocabulary as the tower’s largest duplex. Only the scale changes, suited here to a single owner or a pied-à-terre on the Dubai Canal.

The current residence, unit DVT-1-103 B, occupies 195 sqm (2,099 sq ft) on the tower’s first residential floor. That places it closer to the Steel Atrium lobby than to the sky. It also sits closer to the canal-level promenade than any other configuration in the collection. Marble runs through the living area underfoot, while the bedroom is finished in semi-engineered wood with built-in lacquered joinery. Nothing here is scaled down in ambition.
