Anthoupoli and Peristeri metro stations are both under 2.3 km away. From there, Syntagma, Omonia, and Monastiraki sit within 6.5 to 8 km. Athens International Airport is around 38 km down the ring road.

Golden Visa Positioning

At €320,000, this is the lowest-cost way into that same route. OSEOS Developments cites €250,000 as the qualifying figure for its Golden Visa conversion route, making this the entry point for buyers prioritising outlay over margin. This positioning reflects the developer’s representation and has not been independently verified by Tropical Riviera; Greece’s standard residential investment route requires a single property of at least 120 sqm, which does not apply to the conversion route described here. We recommend confirming current eligibility with independent Greek immigration counsel before proceeding.
