Bali feels different when you have a home to return to. This furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Umalas offers the possibility of returning to Bali on your own terms: a familiar address, a private bedroom and a terrace where the morning can unfold slowly. Set on the first floor of Umalove Bali Residences, it brings together 35.3 m² of interior space and a 14 m² outdoor area. Picture coffee before the day begins, an afternoon back from the coast, or a quiet evening when you feel like staying in. Within a collection of just 31 residences, this is a home for a different kind of island stay. You can spend less time settling into somewhere new and more time enjoying the Bali you came for.

The separate bedroom gives the apartment a distinction that matters when a visit becomes a longer stay. You have somewhere to retreat while the living, dining and kitchen area remains the centre of the home. Meanwhile, the private terrace adds an outdoor dimension to a total area of 49.3 m², with space to pause between the day’s plans. The residence is offered fully finished and furnished, with a kitchen, bathroom fittings, air conditioning and coordinated furnishings. That makes it easier to imagine the everyday details: unpacking, preparing breakfast and finding a favourite place to sit. The one-bedroom collection also offers different layouts and outdoor configurations. We can compare the available plans with you, so the home you choose fits the way you intend to use it.

A home in Umalas lets you shape your time around more than a holiday itinerary. The neighbourhood sits within the wider setting of Seminyak, Berawa and Canggu, giving your stays a connection to Bali’s dining, cafés and southwest coastline. You might head out for a long lunch, spend an afternoon by the water, or keep the day close to home. For longer visits, those ordinary choices become part of the appeal: knowing where you like to eat, keeping a familiar routine and having a place to return to. Beyond the coast, Bali’s art, ceremonies and landscapes give you reasons to keep exploring the island. Our guides to living in Bali et choosing a Bali neighbourhood help you consider the setting as carefully as the apartment.

Umalove’s planned shared facilities extend the experience beyond your front door. A swimming pool and gym offer places to unwind and keep moving, while a shared office supports days when work comes with you. Reception, guest care and secured parking complete the residence concept. Together, these spaces give a compact apartment a broader setting for everyday life. You can begin with your own terrace, then spend time in the shared areas when the mood changes. The project is under construction, and its architectural images illustrate the intended design rather than a completed home. Visit the Umalove Bali Residences collection to explore the architecture, amenities and October construction photographs. We can also request the latest progress report and the specification for the apartment you select.

The asking price is €131,900, including PPh and excluding 11% VAT (PPN); notary and administrative fees are additional. The apartment is offered on an initial 25-year leasehold with an option for a further 25 years. Before reservation, we will help you review the lease, extension conditions, furnishing inventory and full purchase quotation. If rental use is part of your plan, the management agreement and operating costs deserve the same attention as the interiors. Rental income is not guaranteed, so any forecast should reflect realistic assumptions and the remaining lease term. For a useful starting point, read our guidance on buying property in Bali as a foreigner et Bali property investment. Then we can discuss the residence in the context of your own plans.

Whether Bali is a place you return to each year or somewhere you hope to spend longer, the choice begins with how you want to live. Bhavesh Koonja, REALTOR® and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), is your point of contact at Tropical Riviera International Realty.
